Welcome Friends

After my retirement, city friends encouraged me to create a blog to share my new life in the country. I gladly do that since I think the country life is a wonderful way to live and is best lived in harmony with the seasons.

Garlic Gold Nuggets. Wow, these little specially roasted garlic packaged in bottles is terrific in many dishes...including popcorn! Give it a try. We first discovered them in a restaurant in CA that makes them.
Neti Pot - old solution to breathe easier; great for sinus or allergy stuffiness
Vital Choice Wild Seafood & Organics; great fish oil supplements and fabulous wild salmon + other goodies including fruit and chocolate. check it out!
