Merry Christmas

I hope you enjoy the spirit of the holidays and the wonderful family and friends with whom you share them.

We are waiting excitedly for our guests to begin to arrive today. I have been busy baking in preparation for the holidays ---the house smells wonderful and every counter and container is full not only for the holiday here but as gifts to send home with our family.

My mouth is drooling just looking at all the food and the kolache's. I trust you had a good Xmas? I got home today from a fabulous few days with Deonne. I was ahead of the snow and ice that hit here and perfect weather coming home. The weather gods were with me. And a Happy New Year to the both of you.

Happy Holidays to you 2. We have had germs and illness since Dec. 23rd, so there was no family gathering, and there will be no New Years Eve celebration. Unless you call coughing and sneezing and tossing and turning your way into another year a celebration. LOL Thankfully Richard hasn't gotten anything, but Kristi and Sam and I are both still sick. So, we celebrate life and don't worry about the holidays. We will have a gathering when everyone is well. Oh, and we didn't forget the birth of our Savior......we just didn't get to church to celebrate it. Take care and enjoy your holiday.
